Google’s Startup Academy course starts supporting Ukrainian startups: how to join

Continuing its support, Google is launching a three-week Startup Academy online training course that focuses on practical knowledge and skills on the basics of starting and running a startup business. As he reported channel 24The first training will take place on October 20 at 16:00.

The trainings will be useful for representatives of Ukrainian startups at various stages, students and anyone who wants to start and develop their own business.

What will be learned in the course

Startup Academy It consists of seven training courses and covers topics such as:

  • building a business model and starting a startup;
  • team management and financial management;
  • economic modeling method unit economy;
  • entry of a venture into the market;
  • attractiveness of investments and grants.

During the course, participants will be able to:

  • get practical advice and examples from experienced trainers;
  • do homework with expert advice;
  • listen to success stories and learn about the characteristics of the industry;
  • ask coaches questions during training;
  • Become a winner among the participants and Kahoot! Earn rewards from Google by answering training questions on the platform.

Speakers and teachers

Speakers include representatives of the Ukrainian and international startup industry, business owners and managers, startup founders, lecturers and mentors for startups.

  • Evgenia Klepa – 1991 executive director at Accelerator, director of partnerships and innovations at SET University;

  • olena mazuga – Investment director at Flyer One Ventures, former investment analyst at TA Ventures;
  • Svyatoslav Svyatnenko – ISSP innovation director, co-founder of cyber/nnov8 startup studio, vice president of Unicorn Nest;
  • Yuri Zaremba – Founder and CEO of AXDRAFT, graduate of Y Combinator;
  • Yuri Romanyuha – CEO at ICLUB Global, director at TA Ventures (Cyprus);
  • Yana Pampukh – an entrepreneur, an expert in recruiting and organizing the work of teams in the global arena.
