The American company United Launch Alliance launched an Atlas V launch vehicle with two communication satellites on board.
As reported by Ukrinform, this was reported by Space.com.
The 60-metre rocket was reportedly launched from the Florida spaceport on Wednesday at 00:36 Kyiv time.
Once the satellites are in orbit and tested, the SES-20 and SES-21 will be able to begin doing what they were designed to do – providing television broadcast services in the United States for Luxembourg-based telecommunications company SES.
As Ukrinform reported, on the morning of Sunday, September 25, the Falcon 9 launch vehicle launched another group of satellites into orbit to renew the orbital grouping of the Starlink system’s global Internet coverage network.
