According to the Gizmochina portal, Xiaomi has presented an ultra-budget Redmi A1+ smartphone in Kenya worth 10,000 Kenyan shillings (approximately 3,000 UAH).
The Redmi A1+ repeats the features of the cheaper Redmi A1 smartphone in almost everything. The only difference between them is the presence of a fingerprint scanner in the novelty.
The smartphone has a 6.52-inch display with HD+ resolution and a drop-shaped notch. Redmi A1+ is powered by MediaTek Helio A22 chip, 3GB LPDDR4x RAM and 32GB internal eMMC 5.1 storage.
The novelty received a main camera with a resolution of 8 MP, supplemented by a 0.3 MP depth sensor. The front camera is represented by a 5 megapixel sensor.
The Redmi A1+ runs a simplified version of Android 12 Go and is powered by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 10W charging. The possibility of connecting two SIM cards, support for 4G and Bluetooth 5.0 was also announced. The smartphone is equipped with a slot for microSD memory cards, a headphone jack and micro-USB.
The novelty is available in Kenya in a 3/32 GB configuration.
