The ProCast microphone captures detailed recordings with a gold-sprayed large-diaphragm condenser capsule and uses the popular cardioid polar pattern to focus on the sound source. A switchable -10dB PAD allows the microphone to handle loud noise sources, and an 80Hz high-pass filter switch helps reduce unwanted low frequencies.

Designed to capture high-quality audio and noise-free content, ProCast comes with a built-in anti-vibration shock mount that dampens vibration noises, and a removable HyperX Shield metal audio filter that helps reduce noise and pops for clearer audio recording. The mounting adapter fits both 3/8″ and 5/8″ thread sizes and is compatible with most tripods and boom arms.
