The first week of October has arrived, and while we expect Apple to release a range of hardware and software in the coming weeks, there are no signs of a media event in the works.

This week, the iPhone 14 Plus, the latest member of the iPhone 14 series that was made available after the launch last month, was also launched. With new iPad and Mac models expected to be announced this month, Mark Gurman Bloomberg He believes it is unlikely that Apple will hold a media event in October this year. Gurman said last month’s “big iPhone 14 launch is probably Apple’s 2022 in terms of big launches,” and suggested that this year’s new products will be announced in press releases, media briefings and updates to the Apple online store.

According to Gurman, updated versions of the iPad Pro, MacBook Pro and Mac mini, all with M2-series chips, will “probably be released” by the end of 2022. He also said that an updated Apple TV with the A14 chip and additional RAM is “coming and could potentially be released later this year.”

There are several iOS 16 bugs that iOS 16.0.3 will hopefully fix, including a low volume issue during CarPlay phone calls with iPhone 14 Pro models, a text string that can crash the Mail app, and more.

It is said that Apple will launch a 27-inch mini LED display in the first quarter of 2023.

According to Display Supply Chain Consultants (DSCC) analyst Ross Young, Apple plans to launch an external monitor with a 27-inch mini LED display in the first quarter of 2023. Apple’s upcoming display is said to feature mini-LED technology along with ProMotion support and provide a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. It is unclear whether the monitor will be called Studio Display or have another name.
