Toshiba raises the bar with its latest Smart TV offering, the M550K. The Toshiba M550K TV has been announced and comes with several improvements over its predecessor, the M550 series. The new TV has a better 4K LED display with greater clarity and color accuracy.

The M550K has built-in REGZA Audio Power Pro speakers and Dolby Atmos. The M550K sound system boosts bass and delivers exciting sound. The TV presents an ultra-high definition (UHD) picture and provides a seamless viewing experience. The TV is equipped with a 4K brightness correction mechanism for UHD brightness. It also has its own Wide Color Gamut technology that ensures the depth and clarity of images.

The launch of the Toshiba TV M550K follows the very strong sales of the Toshiba M550 Fire TV series. The M550 series recently saw a 196% year-over-year increase in sales.

Toshiba has yet to release pricing information for the M550K. A release date and other availability details are also currently pending. The M550K also has a few parts still missing. The company did not specify the backlight type of the TV. However, Toshiba says the M550K’s 4K display is far superior to any conventional LED panel on the market. Source
