Due to technical work on updating the service, the registration of an IDP’s certificate in the “Action” application is temporarily unavailable.
This was reported on Facebook by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, Ukrinform reported.
“We are doing a technical update of the service for IDPs in Diya. The certificate enrollment is temporarily unavailable for new users” message reads.
The Ministry of Statistics states that the studies are carried out jointly with the Ministry of Social Policies to ensure that the service works quickly and uninterruptedly in practice.
Once finalized, it is expected to be possible to receive the IDP certificate and payments within a few days.
For now you can take the service offline or wait for it to work again in Diya. For Ukrainians who have already received a resettlement certificate, the document will be shown in the application without modification.
It is emphasized that the IDP certificate service in Diya is planned to be restored by the end of the week.
As reported, the number of internally displaced persons has risen from 1.5 million to 4.6 million since the start of the war, it could be much more according to unofficial data.
