HP was one of the first manufacturers to market solutions for the Google platform on PCs. It uses an octa-core MediaTek Kompanio processor and its autonomy rises to 14 hours. Linking to the previous one, it was also made from sustainable materials such as recycled plastic, ocean-based plastic and 50% recycled aluminium. It has EPEAT Gold and ENERY STAR certification and its packaging is made from 100% recyclable and sustainable materials. No price was given, but like the laptop, it should be fairly cheap for its entry level.
Both devices come pre-installed with the latest version of Chrome OS and can access the platform’s own apps as well as all Android apps by installing the Google Play Store client.
