TikTok came together with brands, digital marketing and advertising agencies at the TikTok #ForYou Summit, which it hosted for the first time in Turkey. Berk Keklik, the popular content producer, also known as Uberculosis, presented the event on October 12 at the Hasköy Wool Yarn Factory. More than 300 people attended the event, including brands and agencies as well as marketing experts and TikTok content producers such as Cem Bölükbaşı, Ali Format and Ecenaz Üçer.

Explaining the principles of the TikTok For Business platform, where TikTok brings together the solutions it offers for brands and agencies, and how TikTok turns individual content distribution into a benefit for brands. Barış Aldanmaz, Cooperation Manager TikTok Turkey also at the event:

Therefore, the way to be successful as an advertiser on TikTok is to spend time on the platform, understand the community, think like a content producer and be real.” he said.

According to some results shared with the participants about TikTok at the event; It was stated that the personal, free, realistic and original atmosphere that TikTok offers brings the possibility of higher access and more action. TikTok, currently the only platform with more than 1 billion active users, received more than 2 billion searches between April and July. Looking at the use of TikTok only in Turkey, it was noted that it took 42 years to consume all the content produced in July.

The event, where both TikTok officials and content producers shared their experiences and guided the brands on TikTok for Business strategies, ended after Ozan Doğulu’s DJ performance.
