Apple today launched a brand new accessory, the Magic Keyboard Folio. iPad The 10th generation, which includes a stand, a trackpad, a keyboard with 1mm of travel, and a set of function keys.

The Magic Keyboard Folio brings the Magic Keyboard’s full-size keys, travel, and responsiveness to the entry-level iPad for the first time. The function bar provides easy access to shortcuts and makes it easy to perform everyday tasks such as adjusting the volume or screen brightness. The accessory also comes in two pieces, allowing users to detach the keyboard with a magnet but still use the stand and protect the back of the ‌iPad‌.

The Magic Keyboard Folio is only compatible with the ‌iPad‌ 10th generation, as it is the only ‌iPad‌ model with a Smart Connector on the bottom edge. The new Magic Keyboard Folio, designed for the new ‌iPad‌, retails for $249 and comes in white only. Apple is also introducing a new Smart Folio designed for the ‌iPad‌ 10th generation and is available for $79 in White, Sky, Watermelon, and Lemonade.
