Data published by Speedtest.net this Monday (17) showed that Claro is the phone operator in Brazil with the highest average download speed in the third quarter of this year.. The company outperformed competitors such as Vivo and Tim, as well as Oi, which began migrating to other carriers.

Between July and September of this year, Claro was the only company that managed to keep the average speed above 30 Mbps.. Speedtest data shows the company ended the quarter with an average of 37.17 megabytes per second.
