Information has surfaced on Chinese trading platform JD about an as-yet-unannounced Xiaomi laptop that claims to be one of the thinnest portables in the world. This was reported by the GSM Arena portal.

Xiaomi Book Air 13 will have a 13.3-inch OLED display with touch input support and a resolution of 2880×1800 pixels. The laptop will be powered by a 12th generation Intel Core-i5 or Core-i7 processor, along with 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM and a 512GB SSD.

According to the statement, the thickness of the Xiaomi Book Air 13 will be only 12 mm and the weight will be 1.2 kg. The device will reportedly receive a full-size keyboard.

Among other things, it is stated that Xiaomi will equip the laptop with a fingerprint scanner, two Thunderbolt ports, Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2 support, as well as a 58.3 Wh battery. You can charge your laptop using the supplied USB Type-C output power adapter.

The presentation of the Xiaomi Book Air 13 will take place on October 27. The cost of the innovation has not yet been disclosed.
