In addition, the Ministry of Economy hopes to expand the circle of participants of the YeOsel program in 2023. Svyridenko said that Ukraine could include international partners in the financing of the programme.

The YeOsel program has been in operation since October 1st. This is an affordable home loan program with preferential rates of 3% for all four categories or 7% for all other categories. Loan conditions under the program: preferential interest rate; the maximum loan term is up to 20 years; The minimum initial payment is not less than 20% of the amount.
Within its borders, soft loans of 3% for housing can be obtained by contract soldiers, defenders of Ukraine, security forces and their families, as well as doctors, teachers, scientists working in the public and social sectors.
