Users of the Chinese social network Weibo are collectively complaining about the malfunctioning of their iPhone 14 Pro. This is reported by the My Drivers portal.

Victims report a “black screen” of their device – the smartphone does not turn on. According to one of the users, he charged the iPhone 14 Pro before going to bed, and in the morning the gadget refused to work. Contacted Apple Support and forced the device to reboot only to find it was completely dead.

Apple’s customer service stated that they are carefully examining the issue but have not yet determined the cause. At the same time, as Mi Drivers points out, the problem is not unique and has occurred in at least a few iPhone 14 Pro owners. Judging that the smartphones are still on after the forced reboot, the fault is software related and can be fixed in the next iOS update.
