What’s new in Telegram
Topics in groups
Groups in Telegram can consist of a large number of users, so it may not be very convenient to communicate. The new function of creating individual topics in large groups will simplify this process. This feature is available for groups with 200 or more users. For example, it allows you to easily create separate chats within the group to discuss various topics that may not be of interest to the entire user community.

Topics function as full-fledged chats and can be configured individually according to the current needs of users. Group admins can enable topics and grant and receive rights to create and manage individual chats in the settings section.
Bulk usernames
In addition to the regular name, several public collection names can be added to Telegram accounts and chats. For the purchase and sale of collectible names, the developers have launched a new service called Fragment, built on the basis of the TON blockchain. Name bidding takes place in the form of an auction, and the shorter the name, the more expensive it is.
Bulk names work the same as basic @username types. They appear in global search results and have their own links that can be used outside of the platform. Unlike basic names, collection names can be shorter than five characters. The ability to disable collection names is supported, which makes them invisible in search results, but at the same time they remain under the control of the owner.

Decoding video messages for premium subscribers
Since the launch of the paid Telegram Premium subscription, users can convert any voice message to text; this can be useful where reading rather than listening is more appropriate. A similar function of converting to text is now available for video messages.
New emoji sets
In addition to the new features, 12 official emoji sets have been made available in Telegram. Premium subscribers can use them in any message and thread and set as status.

Revamped night mode for iOS
The developers have updated the dark themes for the iOS version of Telegram. The appearance of more balanced color combinations is noted, as well as improved blur effects when scrolling through messages and chat lists.
change text size for android
For users of the Android version of Telegram, the function to change the size of all text in any chat is now available. This is not only for the text of messages, but also for link previews, reply headers, etc. also applies to
Minor design improvements
Some changes have affected the UI. For example, the action where the user swipes to the left of the screen to reply to a message is now accompanied by a new animation. When you click on a phone number in the user profile, a new menu appears with different calling options. Also, the animation of the page has been updated while the chats are loading.
New interactive emojis and reactions
The developers have added four new interactive emoticons to Telegram with full-screen animations when used in personal chats. They can also be used in response to a message.
