Gaming and pocket headphones seem to have dominated the headphone world for some time now, but designs like this one from SPC, as interesting as they are, remind us that there’s a wide market space looking for devices that aren’t in either niche (wide, yes, but not universal) and instead, they fit a more general usage modeland that for the price they are within reach of all pockets, without neglecting the sound quality, both playback and recording.

The new DREAMER PRO and BRAVE PRO from SPC respond to this need with options from the first moment all kinds of connectivity (wireless, USB-A, USB-C and minijack), ambient noise suppressionl (ENC) and designs that allow us to use them at home and at work, whether for video conferencing or voice conversations, playing games or, more traditionally used for this type of device, listening to music.

As I already indicated, the connectivity options are the widest, namely SPC DREAMER PRO are 100% wireless, for which they use Bluetooth 5.0and are equipped with a battery o 400 ampsable to give the headphones autonomy up to 40 hours. In addition, they have a Qualcomm chip that gives them double connectivity, so we can synchronize them with two devices at the same time, something extremely practical in endless situations.

SPC BRAVE PRO offers us a cable solution in two versions according to our needs, because we found a model with USB-C connectivity and the second in which they are combined USB-A and minijack, to maximize your connectivity options. With this model, the controls are integrated into the cable itself, providing quick and convenient access to all the most common functions. For the wireless model, the keyboard is located on the headset itself, which is another equally convenient and straightforward solution.

For all models, SPC opted for ENC technology for active noise cancellation filter and clean the sound captured by the microphoneunidirectional and rotatable by 270 degrees so that our voice always reaches those who are listening to us without background noise, which is very appreciated during calls, video conferences, if we record audio or video, etc.

In terms of compatibility, the SPC DREAMER PRO has opted for Bluetooth 5.0, the most widespread connection standard, so you can use Seamlessly Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS, as well as IP telephony devices and applications. And as for the SPC BRAVE PRO, depending on the chosen connectivity (USB-C or USB-A+minijack), you can use it on as many devices that have these types of connectivity.

SPC DREAMER PRO and SPC BRAVE PRO are already on sale here and here, on the manufacturer’s website and their prices are €69.90 for DREAMER PRO and 44.90 for BRAVE PRO with USB-C and 49.90 in the model with USB-A and minijack.
