He said that the Ukrainians have created a winning IT army in cyberspace. According to him, during the eight months of the full-scale Russia-Ukraine war, more than 1,300 cyber attacks were repelled. “In the first week of the invasion, Russia destroyed our country’s key data center and the response solution was the ‘clouds’ to which we transferred some of the information systems,” Zelenskyy added.

In addition, the head of state noted that Ukrainians are building the protection of state registers, maintaining the digital stability of banks, and establishing an organization of quick social payments to victims of hostilities.

“Every day millions of Ukrainians use our government service “Diya”. These are more than 100 government services without contacting the authorities. Digital passport, opening an account, paying fines and taxes, receiving state aid, raising money to support the army… Ukraine State Its president declared that all this is the “Diya” of Ukraine.

He assured that Ukraine would be happy to help G20 countries or allies create such a system and such digital protection.

“Cyber ​​defense is about cooperation. The resilience of institutions is about cooperation. Reliable communication, especially satellite, is also about cooperation.

What we all need is to set aside disagreements and develop joint efforts for global peace. The G19 can be very successful at this! Ukraine is ready to help. Our security experience is your security experience,” he said.
