AOC introduces the new AGON gaming monitors with a fast IPS display

AOC is expanding its AON gaming monitor lineup with two new models, notably the AG275QZ/EU, which uses a Fast IPS panel to provide users with IPS panel image quality and VA performance.

The AG275QZ/EU uses a 27-inch Fast IPS panel with native QHD (2560 x 1440 pixels) resolution, VESA DisplayHDR 400 and HDR10 compatible to display high dynamic range content. Its response time is 1 millisecond and its native refresh rate 240 Hz it can easily be overclocked from the OSD monitor to 270Hz, making it one of those the fastest QHD models on the market.

It features a Quantum Dot layer that improves accuracy and widens the color gamut with a 10-bit color depth. It has a wide coverage of color palettes, 99.9% Adobe RGB, 100% sRGB and 97.5% DCI-P3, so it is also suitable for content creators, YouTubers and live streamers.

Its design has been refreshed with a sleeker and cleaner look. Thanks to the 3-sided borderless design, they are ideal for placement in multi-monitor setups. The metal base of their stand takes up little desk space, so even compact battle stations can use these monitors.

In addition, it has a ergonomic base with height, swivel, swivel and tilt user adjustable. With an integrated cable management hole in the stand and an integrated power supply, these models reduce desktop clutter and allow gamers to focus on the task at hand. It also has a 4-port USB hub (USB 3.2 Gen 1).

It supports Adaptive-Sync image synchronization technology to eliminate artifacts such as screen tearing or stuttering, and the OSD menu system can be used with a joystick or AOC G-Menu software, allowing users to change color/brightness settings to calibrate or customize gaming features. such as overlaying the reticle, controlling shadows or activating the anti-blue light mode. The second of the AGON gaming monitors presented by AOC is the AG275QZN/EU, more modest than the previous one, but just as interesting thanks to its 27-inch Fast VA panel. It’s also VESA DisplayHDR 400 certified, HDR10 compatible, and offers great color palette coverage. It is priced at £439.99.
