A few months after its first announcement and several weeks of testing, WhatsApp has finally officially announced the immediate implementation of its new community features and emoticon responses to messages in its next update to an application available to the general public.
Starting with the long-awaited emoticon function, from now on we will have the ability to add responses to messages in group and private chatswith whom we can share our opinion without having to overwhelm the cottages with new news and mentions of past comments.
So it seems that this feature will eventually reach a small limit only six available reactions: like (thumbs up), love (heart), joy (laughing face), amazement (surprised face), sadness (crying face) and thanks (palms together)although it is not excluded that the company will add some additional emoticons in its subsequent updates.
WhatsApp, on the other hand, also announced the arrival of a new Community function, some meeting places similar to groups but with a public character that will allow us to meet other users within a specific segment of taste. In addition, these communities will have some additional benefits for administrators, who will have some additional moderation tools, such as the ability for administrators to delete problematic messages in a group.

Following the example of the first tests in Argentina, the next version of WhatsApp will also include improvements to the file sharing feature now allows us to share files up to 2 GB in size. In addition, the company has also announced an increase in the capacity of its one-touch group voice calls, which it will now allow up to 32 people in the same room.
While community features and emoticon responses are expected to arrive in the next major update, the other two announced features point to a slightly earlier arrival in the next few weeks.
