The launch was carried out at 04:57 Kyiv time on Wednesday from the spaceport at Cape Canaveral, Florida.
After that, Falcon 9 successfully launched Eutelsat 10B into orbit. Designed and manufactured by Thales Alenia Space for Eutelsat Communications, the 4.5-ton device is designed to provide communication services to maritime and air transport. The satellite is equipped with 36 Ku-band transponders and 20 C-band transponders.
Eutelsat 10B replaces the Eutelsat 10A satellite, which will expire at the end of 2023.
