Lei Jun, the founder and CEO of Xiaomi, posted the official poster of the MIUI 14 shell on his Weibo page a few minutes ago, adding the following comment to the poster: “One year wait, one innovation, one start! MIUI 14 is a new life.”

According to information released by Jin Fan of the MIUI development team, the new MIUI 14 shell will feature four major improvements: fewer system-loaded apps, more practical functions, a new design, and smoother and more stable system operation.

It is stated that the applications installed in the new system can be removed, leaving only the necessary ones such as phone calls, text messages, clock and application store. In terms of user interface, the new system will be simpler and more logical to make management more convenient for users. The introduction of MIUI 14 will take place on December 1 along with Xiaomi 13.
