The exercise is attended by around 1,000 cyber defenders from 26 NATO members, Finland and Sweden, Georgia, Ireland, Japan, Switzerland and the European Union, as well as participants from industry and academia. During operations, they learn to counter cyberattacks against NATO and Allied power networks, programs and assets.
The Cyber Coalition is a NATO exercise that has been held annually since 2008. The main place of their holding is Tallinn, and they also participate from afar.
NATO CCD COE, Cooperative Cyber Defense Center of Excellence, has been operating in Tallinn since 2008.
