It is stated that removing the restrictions requires a series of calculations and studies that will show how the operation of the terminals at the frequencies they use may affect the work of other users. Once the usage safety of Starlink terminals has been confirmed, they can be accepted for mass use.

The State Special Communications Service notes that the order of the National Center for the Operational and Technical Management of Telecommunication Networks (NCU) makes it possible to use equipment for satellite Internet access in the normal functioning of the state and critical infrastructure facilities in which thousands of people live. Ukrainians depend.

The State Special Communications Service emphasizes that there are no artificial prohibitions or restrictions on the use of the Internet with the help of Starlink. All citizens and businesses will be able to access satellite internet after completing all necessary procedures.

The State Special Communications Service assured that the NCU and the National Commission for Regulation of Electronic Communications, Radio Frequency Spectrum and Postal Services Provision are carrying out the relevant studies and will complete them in the near future.
