Today, after a long wait, Xiaomi has announced the launch date of the new Xiaomi 13 Pro and Xiaomi 13. It looks like these won’t be the last high-end phones we’ll see before the end of the year. We’re talking about phones whose names match. Redmi K60, Redmi K60 Pro and Redmi K60E, the latter is probably the Extreme Edition version that we have seen on previous occasions and are the most advanced model of them all. We will review what its specs will be because there are aspects that don’t quite suit us considering the leaks.

As we said, as a result of these leaks There are some aspects that do not suit us at all. Firstly, according to Kacper Skrzypek himself, the standard model of this family will equip Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, while the Pro variant will prefer Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1.

On the other hand, if we take a look at the so-called “Extreme Edition” variant, this model will be equipped with one of Mediatek’s latest chips, possibly Dimensity 8200 or Dimensity 9200, and both are the same really powerful microprocessors. Qualcomm’s variants, curiously, only the Pro model will be compatible with fast charging up to 120 W, which Xiaomi is accustomed to us.

As we told you, there are quite a few aspects that don’t quite fit us, so We’ll have to wait for these phones to go official and confirm all the features we’ve commented on. We’ll have to be patient until next December to do this, but users living outside of China will have to wait a few months to find out about their Global release.
