The company said that the LG PuriCare mask with artificial intelligence removes 99.9% of the impurities as small as 0.01 micrometer inside the mask, providing fresh air access for its user.

Ergonomically designed to adapt to the structure of the human face, the mask minimizes air leakage around the nose and mouth.

What’s more, LG PuriCare is also suitable for customers with sensitive skin as it has a medical grade silicone equipped with a “face shield” that comes into direct contact with the face.

According to company representatives, the silicone protective film reduces skin irritation and can be replaced.

The mask is also equipped with fans that allow air to flow freely and often ventilate the surrounding air. A breathing sensor inside the mask detects the user’s breathing and automatically controls the amount of air passing through the mask and adjusts the speed of the two fans accordingly.

The new product also eliminates communication barriers with its built-in microphone and speaker, allowing you to communicate with others without having to lower your mask or raise your voice. The mask is also waterproof.

The total weight of LG PuriCare is 123 grams. It can be used for eight hours after a full charge.

As Ukrinform reports, a group of Chinese scientists from Tongji University has developed a mask that can detect virus infection in 10 minutes.
