Thus, according to the published data, the export volume of computer services reached 6.0 billion dollars in the 10-month period of 2022. against $5.5 billion. for the same period last year. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, the export figure has quadrupled – in February 2022, $ 1.5 billion worth of IT services were exported.
As of November 1, 2022, the amount of tax paid under IT-KVEDs was equal to UAH 26.6 billion.
According to the research, approximately 2,000 companies are working in the sector at the beginning of December. This indicates that the market has weakened significantly this year because in 2021 there were about 5,000 companies actively operating in the market.
Up to 50 employees are registered in the vast majority of companies. More than 266,000 FOPs also provide IT services.
As reported, the number of open positions for Ukrainian IT professionals increased by 15% in the third quarter of 2022, with Game Development, .NET, Analytics, Java, PHP and Python becoming the most popular categories.
