Gaming routers have gained performance with the advent of the new Wi-Fi 6 standard, and the ASUS TUF Gaming AX3000 V2 is another addition to the line of core components in the local network infrastructure. They are simply the key to our Internet access and connections between devices.

ASUS TUF Gaming AX3000 V2 shows an aggressive design with a black surface and yellow touches on its four external antennas, but does not forget the section durability and strength boasting the surname “TUF” with metal shields on the ports and heatsinks with a multi-level “nanocarbon coating” that keeps the temperatures of the various components under control.

With a 2 × 2 MIMO configuration and other enhancements such as beam shaping that centers the signal on each device, the ASUS Router promises to send the signal to any point in the home while the features AiMesh lets create scalable mesh mesh and extend coverage add additional compatible routers or access points.

Supports ASUS TUF Gaming AX3000 V2 Open NAT to simplify port forwarding and special game modes for mobile games that minimize latency and latency with a single click. It also has navigation mode, file transfer or streaming and VPNFusion which allows you to run a VPN and a regular internet connection.

There is support for WPA3 security and advanced parental controls, while the free Trend Micro-powered AiProtection service protects all connected smart devices from Internet security threats. No price was quoted for this second generation. Just to give you an idea, the original version costs around 200 euros.
