May or may not be relevant» along with a link to a page with more information about it. The conditions for obtaining and/or maintaining the desired verification are expressly stated on this page.

As I said before and it is explained on the mentioned page: «Only accounts actively subscribed to Twitter Blue are eligible for a blue tick«, either recently verified, with a Twitter Blue subscription and the verification process that the social network has launched, or using a previous method that has evaluated that the accounts are active, notable and authentic.
