Chinese company Dasung has introduced an external e-ink display that can transfer black and white images from smartphones. This was reported by the Gizmochina portal.
Called Link E-Ink, the gadget has a 6.7-inch E-Ink display housed in a thin 8mm wide aluminum body.
When Link E-Ink is combined, it completely copies the screen of a smartphone running Android and iOS. The image itself is displayed in black and white at a density of 300 pixels per inch, as in e-books. When connecting the gadget to a smartphone, control can be performed directly from the Link E-Ink screen.
It is emphasized that there is no image lag when using an external display, and the screen itself can project images from devices of different diagonals.
Link E-Link went on sale in China at a price of 1.8 thousand yuan.
