This option has limited the performance of devices without users’ knowledge. The authors also included Google Pixel 6 devices that were having trouble connecting to Wi-Fi due to a bug in their worst version of the year.

BlackBerry phones are on the list of disappointing devices. The owner of the Onward Mobility brand said it would launch its first 5G BlackBerry smartphone by the end of the year, but did not deliver on its promise. Experts also named the worst gadgets from Sony and Asus brands because manufacturers promised consumers only two years of support with Android updates.

In the end, the authors drew attention to the malfunction of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 flagship processor, or rather, problems with poor performance. Journalists also recalled HTC’s unfulfilled promises to launch the first flagship smartphone capable of running on metaverses.
