According to Ukrinform, this was announced on Telegram by the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov.

“We are opening records for beta testing of court decisions in Diya. We continue to digitize the Ukrainian judicial system. In July, changes were made to the law “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges” so that you can get important court information in the app,” he said.

Fedorov announced that now Ukrainians can get an electronic court order with just a few clicks on their smartphones. The document will have the same legal validity as the paper document.

As reported, the Ministry of Digital Transformation is launching a new section on the “Action” portal for the interaction of Ukrainians with the state – “Action. Barrier-free”, which will become a source of information on these vital issues.
