The editors of the 9to5google portal named the best Android smartphone of 2022, according to readers. Google Pixel 7 Pro won the vote.

The Pixel 7 Pro was recognized as the best of 2022 by 40% of survey respondents. The editors of the portal called the readers’ choice “valuable” because Google engineers based it on last year’s Pixel 6 Pro and fixed all the flaws in the new product.

Google Pixel 7 came in second – 18% of those polled voted for it. Among the advantages of the smartphone seems to be a low price compared to the Pro model and a more expensive version of the “iron”.

The flagship Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra took third place with 10% of the votes. The smartphone is rated for one of the best displays on the market and a functional S Pen stylus.

In the budget, the Google Pixel 6a took fourth place – preferred by 6.5% of those surveyed. The gadget has been praised for its high performance for a budget device, high-quality shooting and five-year guaranteed software support from Google.

The top 5 was turned off by Nothing Phone(1), the transparent smartphone voted by 6.3% of 9to5google readers. The unusual gadget was appreciated for its original design with Glyph Interface lighting, which makes the device stand out from the competition.
