It’s not a bot, it’s a Twitter AI. And it’s great for when we don’t know what to answer. This is Replai, a GPT-3 based tool that lets you reply to tweets with one click. And it’s incredible how well it works. We’re testing it and we recommend doing so as it’s a free first trial.
AI is seamlessly integrated into Twitter. Replai is an extension for Chrome. Once installed, an extra option will appear on the Twitter website when we go to reply to any tweet. Just below the text box are the ‘Positive’, ‘Joking’, ‘Opinion’, ‘Negative’ and ‘Question’ options. The AI will generate an appropriate Twitter response based on the original tweet, by clicking on one of them, following the selected option.
What a nice day! Now I am happy to share with you @replai_so — AI assistant for you on Twitter. 1-click human-like responses powered by GPT-3.

Answers in a second and in any language. There’s a tweet from a famous German and you want to reply? Reply to help. Even if we don’t know the language, the response produced is in the same language as the original tweet, because artificial intelligence detects it. It can be English, Spanish, Catalan, French or any of the languages the GPT-3 is trained in.
Generated answers appear in seconds and are generally quite convenient. It’s true that the tone of AI isn’t quite like that of many Twitter users, but it’s great for getting a first idea or just getting a quick engagement.
If you plan to use it regularly, you need to pay. AI doesn’t come for free. As with ChatGPT, it uses huge resources and gets paid in the end. In the case of Replai, we have up to 10 replies for free, but apart from that, there is a paid subscription service. In other words, Replai is a subscription app that starts at $7 per month and allows around 150 auto-generated responses, the equivalent of about five per day.
Musk, take note. Replai created by user Vadik One. It’s a small newborn project, but the integration of artificial intelligence with Twitter is remarkable enough to be considered.
Among all Musk’s open fronts with Twitter, integrating AI doesn’t seem high among priorities. But it’s not hard to imagine a future where social networks are a mix of their own creativity and AI-generated tweets. The question is to what extent users are interested in having a machine that speaks for them.
