During the year, many related services appeared that helped and continue to help the Ukrainians during the war. We asked Mstislav Banik, What were the main achievements of the action development team during this period?.
Main achievements
The fact that Diya mobile application has reached 18.5 million users at the moment can be considered a success. This year, we grew by 6 million, respectively. Almost 22 million people use the portal in general,
– says Mstislav Banik.
- We have 14 documents and 23 services in the Action app. During the year, 3 new documents and 16 services were put into service. We started in a year More than 20 new services on Diya portal – We currently have 92 services.
- We are also actively working on the implementation of digital documents. In other words, it is necessary not only to create a document, but to make it to be accepted everywhere.
- Added during the year. 5.5 thousand partners, those who work with digital documents. So the total is now more than 7 thousand.
- Of course, such services are importantexactly what we started in terms of war: about damaged property and isSupport, about payments for IDPs, about isWork, “isEnemy” and Military bonds.
- I will also note the big one a leap in the direction of the survey, which we only offer in February. We’ve come a long way in this direction from the interesting option of a survey to a very reliable e-democracy tool where you can really ask a lot of people’s opinions. During a live broadcast recently, 166,726 people voted for Ukraine’s representative at Eurovision 2023 in one hour on Diya.
- It has become even more important enter the international arena. All of them are Ukrainians who went abroad, and many of them did not have physical documents, only so that Diya could use digital documents. This has led to further promotion of the development and acceptance of digital documents abroad among Ukrainians. We have many cases where representatives from other countries come and are interested in how Diya works, how it is organised. For example, next year Estonia will launch an app similar to Action. We are happy to share our experiences with other countries.
Also, another important point about this year’s results is this. integration with our partners. For example, integration with mObywatel in Poland, where you can use Ukrainian documentation.
