Well, you should start the day with bad news, especially for users with certain mobile phones that have been on the market for a while. As you know, Xiaomi has a well-known list of EOS where the company has registered these devices. They no longer have official support of the brand, with up to five models added to this list.

This is a perfectly normal move within the Chinese firm’s strategy and more devices will join this list in the next few monthsespecially those that have been on the market for about three or four years and most likely won’t be able to enjoy the latest version of MIUI 14 in their gut.

These are the five new Xiaomi that will no longer have official support from now on

One thing to note is that This list was updated on 25 December 2022. Therefore, in theory, other teams will no longer be featured for the rest of the year. From this date, the smartphones that we will discuss below will no longer receive official updates from the company, so they will have to resort to classic third-party ROMs.

Unfortunately, this fact does not only mean that Xiaomi will never update these devices again, but also will no longer have the obligation to repair its components internally.therefore, we will not be able to go to an official Xiaomi center so that we can continue to fix a bug or replace certain components that are not working as they should.
