On December 30, SpaceX launched the Israeli reconnaissance satellite EROS C-3 into space.

“The deployment of EROS C-3 into space from ImageSat International has been confirmed”, – stated at SpaceX.
According to Space.com, the Falcon 9 launch vehicle carrying the EROS C-3 satellite was launched from the spaceport in California, USA, at 09:38 Kyiv time.
It was noted that EROS C-3 satellites “enable defense and intelligence agencies/companies to operate under conditions of full confidentiality and data protection”. The cost of the device is about 186 million dollars.
For SpaceX, this was the 61st flight and the last in 2022. Last year, the company had 31 launches.
As reported, on December 28, SpaceX launched the first batch of 54 next-generation Starlink satellites into space.
