To protect the population from explosive devices and teach Ukrainians about mine safety, the mobile application “Demining of Ukraine” was created. This week, the app has been updated – many important and very useful functions have appeared in it” message reads.
Especially in the “Map” section, the functionality and appearance of the map has been improved, a search field by address and filters have been added. Now you can use the interactive map and monitor nearby dangerous areas even offline.
A function appeared – localization of the application to English. Therefore, foreigners will also be able to use the application.
Updated push notifications: developers have improved the functionality of notifications about being in a dangerous zone and changing the status of submitted applications.
Also, the post states that the “Info” and “Features and Tips” sections can be automatically populated with important and useful data about the GNP and the app itself.
As the State Emergency Service reminds, the State Emergency Service’s “Demining of Ukraine” was created and updated with the support of the Eastern Europe Fund within the framework of various programs: the Swiss-funded EGAP Program; Funded by DanChurchAid, Look Under Your Feet! program; and “Community” programs funded by the European Union.
