A list of the best projects of 2022 has appeared on the distribution service of digital copies of video games on Steam. Contains the winning games in various categories of the Steam Awards. Each winner was determined by the vote of platform users.

Yes, the best game of the year was Elden Ring. The new project, one of the authors of the Dark Souls game series, surpassed Dying Light 2, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II, God of War and Stray in the voting.

The main VR project of the year was the stealth action version of Hitman 3 for the Oculus and Valve Index helmets. The adventures of a bald killer with a barcode on the back of his head managed to pass the Between Us VR, Bone Lab, Green Hell VR and Inside the Backrooms in the voting.

The award for best developer support went to Cyberpunk 2077. Dota 2, Project Zomboid, No Man’s Sky, and Deep Rock Galactic also battled for victory in this nomination.
