How does it work

The little hacker also said that he recently bought a gaming PC with a GeForce RTX 3090 graphics card, which costs 2,600 euros.

The method he uses is very simple:

• The crime scene is the popular game Roblox, where a scammer finds rich players.
• It determines them by the presence of expensive virtual items.
• The guy contacts them, enters the trust, and then throws a phishing link, which eventually leads to the account being stolen.
• Login to the game is protected by a PIN code, but can be retrieved using a special script that the hacker says he wrote himself.

I wrote a script called “Pincode breaker”. I run it, crack their PIN, and it automatically de-authenticates their emails.

A swindler to hide the traces of his crime uses the Roblox online store by reselling virtual items from one account to another. Thus, it becomes impossible to keep track of who this or that item originally belonged to.

In one of Roblox’s Discord chats, the man also provided a screenshot of his hacked account. The wallet showed 467,985 Robux, equivalent to approximately $5,850 USD.

Very expensive virtual items are sold on Roblox, especially those created in collaboration with famous brands like Vans or Louis Vuitton. The same schoolchildren who spend all their pocket money or their parents’ savings on the game often become victims of cheating.
