Insider Ice Universe wrote on its Weibo page that Samsung will introduce the EX1 consumer robot this year. This was announced by Han Jong-hee, Chairman of the Board of Samsung Electronics.

In particular, Samsung’s senior executive said that the EX1 will be a robotic assistant for the elderly – it will take care of them, and will also help the elderly with exercises. Unfortunately, there are no more details. It is not yet clear whether it will be a humanoid robot like Teslabot or another form of EX1.
