More than 107,000 ads were posted in these categories in 2022.
The top position was “seller” – more than 43,000 vacancies. On average, such specialists were offered a salary of 10.5 thousand hryvnia.
The category “Logistics / Warehouse / Delivery” took second place in terms of the number of ads – more than 84,000 offers per year. Among the most sought after experts here drivers porters with an average salary of 20,000 hryvnia – 11,300 hryvnia, and taxi drivers – 22,000 hryvnia.
The field “Construction / Coating works” took the third place – 50 thousand postings. Employers mostly required the work of mechanics and construction workers. On average, they were ready to pay 10 and 18.5 thousand hryvnia, respectively, for such work.

After the start of the war, in April, the salaries of most of the specialists in the ten most relevant vacancies in OLX Job fell. It is most noticeable among builders and repairmen. Sales managers and call center operators were offered higher salaries compared to the beginning of the year.
However, already in October, an increase in payments was observed in almost all areas. In addition, the salary level of drivers increased by 7,000 and sales managers by 3,000 compared to pre-war. Repairmen, salesmen, security guards and cleaners are paid the same salary as at the beginning of the year.

This year, employers offered truck drivers the highest average salary – 35.5 thousand hryvnia. However, in 2022, the majority of high-paid labor specialties were concentrated in the “Construction / Coating” category. Employers offered 27,000 hryvnia for straighteners, 27,000 hryvnia for repairmen and 25,000 hryvnia for frontline workers. Realtors also did not give up their salaries – 27 thousand hryvnia. Car painters and call center operators received slightly less – 25,000.
