Gol now provides flight information via Amazon Alexa

With the new functionality, users will be able to access information about baggage, check-in, documents, boarding, no-show/no-show, seats, pet boarding, reimbursement, unaccompanied minor, GOL Lounge, Smiles loyalty program, among others, in addition to the already existing flight status , after turning on the GOL skill through the Amazon Alexa app on your smartphone or through the website.

Here’s how to enable the feature:

1. Download the Amazon Alexa app to android or iOS and touch the three risks in the lower corner;
2. Select “Skills and games”;
3. Look for the skill GOL Linhas Aéreas;
4. Select and click Start. Grant the required permissions.

Ready! Now all you have to do is say “Alexa, open GOL Linha Aéreas” and use the app.

After setting up with a simple voice command, just ask and the artificial intelligence will provide all the necessary and updated information according to the chosen topic.
