This week Americanas has submitted a list of its 7,967 official creditors to the 4th Corporate Court of Rio de Janeiro.. The document was delivered a week after the court approved the company’s petition for enforcement, indicating fewer creditors than previously reported 16,300 creditors. According to the information, the amount of debts of the company amounted to about BRL 41.2 billion.

The list of creditors has been divided into four categories, namely:

• Class I: debts of BRL 64,942,121.99 and 321 names;
• Class III: debts of BRL 41,056,749,122.82 and 6,438 names;
• Class IV: debts of BRL 109,484,866.54 and 958 names;
• Additional consent (states/municipalities/public authorities): debts of BRL 4,723,175.27 and 250 names.

Recall that on Wednesday (11) the retail giant announced the discovery of inconsistencies in accounting entries, estimated at 20 billion reais.
