It was reported this Monday by the American agency Reuters, citing sources familiar with the details of the financial transaction, Ukrinform reported.
“This is an important moment for the 16-year-old company, which is one of the most influential public platforms in the world and is currently facing a number of challenges,” the statement said.
Just last week, Elon Musk’s Twitter acquisition talks were considered ambiguous, but sped up over the weekend after Musk told the company’s shareholders the details of the financing of his offer.
