The Ministry of Digitization is in contact with more than five countries regarding the implementation of the Diya application.
According to Ukrinform, this was announced by the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov in an interview with Radio Liberty.
“This is more than 5 countries. We are communicating about the implementation of “Action” in these countries. These are several European countries, Asian countries and African countries,” he said.
He noted that technology transfer is a specific element of “win-win” diplomacy and helps other countries to develop.
“Potentially, this is quite a lot of money to attract into our budget. In a short time there may be about billions of hryvnia for the implementation of “Action”. Not only a technological product is sold, not just one, but also expertise and consultancy,” said Fedorov.
As reported, in May 2022 Fedorov stated that Slovakia, Bulgaria and Moldova wanted to repeat the success of “Dia” and implement such a practice.
