Google announced on Monday (6) the launch of Bard, a ChatGPT-style artificial intelligence tool. There is no official release date yet, but it should happen. “in the coming weeks”, according to a company blog post signed by Alphabet CEO Sundar Pichai.

ChatGPT has rocked the tech market over the past two months and has gained over 100 million users in just a few days. Now it’s time for Google to give an answer to height. How to test and use Bard?

Bard is an experimental conversational AI service powered by LaMDA that is open to beta testers as of today.. The company did not say who will be beta testers and how to participate in this process. It is expected, according to the company, that it will be unveiled and made available to the public in the coming weeks.

“First we launch Bard with our lightweight LaMDA model. This much smaller model requires significantly less processing power, allowing us to scale to more users and get more feedback. We will combine external feedback with our own internal testing to ensure that Bard’s responses meet the high standards of quality, security, and real world information.”
