Bill Gates, co-founder of Microsoft, said that neural network systems such as the ChatGPT bot will change the world. The entrepreneur expressed this in an interview with the German newspaper Handelsblatt.

In an interview with journalists, Gates evaluated the contribution of neural networks to the future of humanity and said that he saw the creation of ChatGPT as an event as important as the invention of the internet. “Until now, the AI ​​could read and write, but could not understand its content”, – said Bill Gates, emphasizing that ChatGPT will make office work easier. According to the entrepreneur, the neural network still makes mistakes, but in a few years it will work perfectly: “No return”.

One of the richest people on the planet admitted that private companies are investing in the development of advanced technologies in greater amounts than the research budgets of the world’s governments. “Until now, it was believed that factory workers would be replaced by the fastest robots.
