“Free internet has been launched in the streets of Kyiv, Dnipro, Lviv, Odessa and Kharkiv. In total, about 700 public Wi-Fi zones have been established. The network is called UKRTELECOM_FREE,” the message says.
As mentioned, free Wi-Fi locations are marked with appropriate labels. Even if there is a temporary power outage, you can use the internet for free. In this case, the service will be available within 2-4 hours.

As reported by Ukrinform, in January Ukraine received 8,000 Starlink terminals delivered from Poland to energy companies, doctors and “invincibility points”. Overall, 30,000 terminals have already been delivered to the country.
