New propeller for drones will make them less noisy

According to HevenDrones, the H2D55 has Flight autonomy up to 100 minutes, with support for cargo up to 7 kg.. The Israeli company claims that the next models, which are scheduled to launch in 2023, will have greater flight autonomy and greater payload. The longer life cycle of hydrogen cells will reduce the cost of drones in the long run, as batteries will need to be changed less often. In addition, the company also claims that drones are more environmentally friendly and reduce the environmental damage caused by the production of lithium batteries.

The H2D55 is a lightweight, customizable aerial mission drone designed for corporate and defense customers. The H2D55 is programmed with a control system containing several gyroscopes and auxiliary algorithms designed to push the operational limits of stable flight. The drone can be used in several situations, such as measuring soil nutrient levels, spraying crops, collecting data for construction companies, reforestation projects, helping rescuers, and delivering food and ammunition.

According to Benzion Levinson, CEO of HevenDrones, the H2D55 is the first step towards creating drones with high economic value combined with low carbon emissions and energy efficiency. “We are excited to bring hydrogen-powered drones to the global marketplace and excited to see a growing range of applications in many industries.” The company will demonstrate the H2D55 at the end of February during the International Defense Exhibition and Conference in Abu Dhabi. Potential customers will have the opportunity to learn more about the hydrogen drone and its business and security applications.
