Huawei has released a new Watch Buds 2 in 1 watch that works as a headset and smart watch. That’s right, the Chinese manufacturer introduced to the market hybrid watch buds, with smart watch and headphone functions. The company introduced the Watch Buds (15) this Wednesday, and they come with a 1.43-inch AMOLED screen that doubles as a headphone case.

ABOUT The Watch Buds 2 in 1 have two small wireless earbuds that sit inside the smartwatch.. According to the manufacturer, the watch hinge can be opened more than 100,000 times without risk of damage. In addition, the headphones are recharged inside the smartwatch itself, acting as a case. While no official specs have been revealed, the company claims the headset has a battery life of up to 4 hours, or 2 hours with noise canceling activated. The watch battery lasts three days.

To fit in the “case”, the earbuds are tiny and weigh 4g each. According to Huawei, the devices have six sound drivers and support Triple Adaptive EQ, a technology that adjusts sound according to the shape of the user’s ear canal. In addition, the headphones also implement adaptive identification technology, which allows you to work with any headphones, both right and left.

At the moment, the product’s connection is listed as Bluetooth, with no standard specified. In addition, the company did not reveal which audio codecs the device supports and what tools the smartwatch will bring.
